Customer Value

Needs

What do you want? Wants drive the economy but need to create value. The value must benefit everyone. Working at Academy Sports and Outdoors, I became an effective leader. Leadership taught me how to create customer value. Flexibility gave me leverage over customers. Working in propane exchanges, I learned to create value.

Propane Exchanges

Propane exchanges are commonplace. If propane runs out, we lose many valuable customers. Propane from our store saves customers’ paychecks and time. These savings allow customers to help our store’s profit grow.  Value is building relationships. Relationships are forged by intimacy. Imitancy improves the value of the partnership.

Building Value

Building value is the goal of customer success. Value helps a customer fulfill a need. Fulfilment enriches productivity. Productivity helps build value. Providing value creates jobs and income. Future endeavors create value. The economy improves and incomes grow tenfold.

Prosperity

Customer success is creating safety for a customer. Prosperity is the goal of customer success. Prosperity builds skyscrapers, churches, and casinos. None of these would be possible without propane exchanges creating value for customers.

Conclusion

My action had consequences. Consequences create complex relationships with customers. Customer relationships redefine and reforge value within the business.  Customers create wealth and the customers build the image/brand of the business. Image is the purest reflection of the customer. Customers can only reflect when value is created. Only one thing matters-the customer. Always. Nothing more.

“There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.”
