Workflow of a company

Here is how companies manage workflow for customers and companies. First, the customer is targeted by ads. Once the customer has been targeted, then the customer finally wants to buy the product an outboard sales representative contacts the prospect. The prospect and the OSR have a conversation about the product.

When the call is finished and the customer has made a decision, if he chooses to want to buy the product, it moves on to the next step. He and a customer success representative discuss which plan fits his needs. He then moves on to be onboarded.

During onboarding, the company is brought up to speed and told all the benefits of the product. They then begin to use the product after onboarding. The process takes several months but, allows customers to have a full understanding of the product.
