SDR prospecting

I just wanted to share some SDR prospecting emails that I create to reach a certain audience. It was an exciting challenge and got me thinking in a different way.

Both of the prospects work for a company called AppDynamics which is owned by Cisco Systems. I am currently a shareholder in Cisco so I was interested to learn about this company.

The first prospect was an introduction email with a member of the Senior management of Business development to introduce them to LeadiQ.

Here is what I wrote-

Subject line-Don’t waste time with leads

Hey name,

Only ¼th of an SDR’s time is spent on prospecting. 

If prospecting is so important, why it is neglected? 

LeadiQ works to organize and sort leads to make prospecting more efficient.

The second prospect was with a chief operating officer for AppDyanmic and the scenario was that it was their third email and you hadn’t heard back from them.

Here is what I wrote-

Subject line-name, don’t forget about me

Hey name,

You have a lot on your plate. You are the operating officer for AppDynamics. 

We could generate more profits and achieve higher sales conversions. If you are not interested at this current time, please let me know and I will achieve your file for a later date.

This was an exciting challenge and allowed more understanding of an SDR role.
