Week Two at St Joseph Partners

I want to tell you everything I did this week and how I help the company’s social media presence and internet presence grow.

On the first day of the week, I went thru and fixed suggestions for this week’s social media posts. In fact, engagement has increased drastically and we have much more content than the page used to have. With LinkedIn, alone we have had 50 new searches in the last 7 days.

On Monday, I also had a call with Parlor to discuss advertising on the platform. Right now advertising on the platform is not currently feasible. With the lowest price for ads being $300 and our budget is only $250. It makes little sense for us to invest in ads on the platform.

On the Monday session with Praxis, we talked about productivity. One way, I have been keeping track of productivity is to send daily goals for the day email to all the employees and to send a follow-up email at the end of the day with everything, I have accomplished for the day. This really turbocharges the day and gets me going on the right foot.

All this week, I have been creating a lead Excel sheet to send to groups that we could potentially partner with to get them to invest in precious metals. I have worked on this every single day except for Friday and now have 100 leads. This helps us get potential customers and also helps us to get potential customers.

On Tuesday, I worked more on the spreadsheet as well as helped Ethan redesign the webpage for the welcome page for St Joseph Partners. I spent maybe an hour looking at it but, Ethan has spent a good number of hours making it to perfection. I also joined a zoom call with a client who was working with Goldman Sachs.

I got to learn a lot of new terminologies and understand them from a real live debate of experts. I am excited for being a part of the call and learn so much. I got a real understanding of the business and sales calls.

On Wednesday, I worked more on the Lead tracker and also on trying to find brands to partner with. I am planning to create documentation of how to do the role if anyone is sick or needs something which I will start after I am done with the month of May. This will be a short 2 to 3-page guidebook to look for inspiration and to find out what day-to-day is.

On Thursday, I worked more on the Lead Tracker and created a Content Calendar for the month of May. I worked on trying to create all the content in advance so we only have to spend four days on content creation every single month. Once we have a system down the goal is to spend two days at the start of the month and two days at the end of the month.

I also talked to my dad about the current strategies of St Joseph Partners and he gave good advice. I will be excited when his side of the family visits next week on Thursday for my sister’s confirmation.

On Friday, I worked on the Content calendar and I created all of the LinkedIn content. I have spent a good number of hours making sure that the content was high quality and a good reflector of our brand.

The next week moving forward, we approach the affiliate leads lists with calling and contacts. As well as I finish, the content creation calendar for May. I am almost done with the calendar and I have 5 more days less on the calendar before I am finished.

I hope you are doing well and I would love to hear from you soon!
