Here was what week three was like at St Joseph Partners. I started off the week by finishing up our content calendar for the month of May. This allowed the company to work on making sure the content was constantly posted and allows us to automate the process.
Content automation is one of the key tools competitors use to create content. They can use them to limit the amount of time spent on content creation. We also decided to split the content into more manageable parts. We broke up the content into 3 parts- LinkedIn, the Metaverse, and short-form content.
LinkedIn is only posted on LinkedIn and it is long-form content with 600 to 1,000 characters telling a story. LinkedIn has more of a business style focus and a hiring style focus. It still allows us to create meaningful content with lots of text and pictures.
The Metaverse includes Facebook and Instagram. They are all made by Meta and it seems we could use the platforms and crosspost on the different platforms. We also plan on advertising mostly on this platform. The character limit is lax but has a limit of 1,000 characters.
Short-form content includes Twitter, Gab, and Parler. They focus more on working with short-form content. The main goals are short content with pictures. They have a 1,000-character or less limit.
I also started contacting leads that we could potentially partner with. I contacted +20 leads this week. These leads potential could partner with us to make sure that we could partner. None of them have been yes or no. Most of them have just said to wait.
I went to Praxis Monday and we had office hours. We talked about permission-based mindset and why we don’t have to have a permission-based mindset. Taking your own initiative is very important and being your own boss.
I went to Praxis Wednesday with Job Support and it was helpful to work to learn new stuff. I also talk to Mark our IT guy to learn more about how our website works. It was very insightful.
I helped to make sure that we could generate more reviews with a variety of platforms such as Google, Bing, Apple Maps, and Facebook. I also worked on building documentation on how to do my role so that other people feel like they could do my role.
I worked on setting up an email script which we end up not using and instead we are using PhoneBurner. I also worked on making sure that I could learn about pop-ups so that I could potentially could use for the business and for the website.
I also helped set up a one trip on carrental.com to make sure that he was able to travel effectively and fast with a 7-person 1,700 pounds car which was also in the right area. This took me two hours from start to finish and I felt like I got a unique opportunity to work on something that is not normally in the role.
I also worked on making sure I learn how to do PhoneBurner and can effectively call leads.
I enjoyed this week a lot and look forward to the week ahead.
