Here are the needs of customers at Heartstrings Community foundation.
The main users are adults with intellectual disabilities.
They need social interactions, community engagement, work experience, employability skills, work toward goals, and being gainfully employed.
The main customer is the parents of adults with intellectual disabilities.
They want to support a cause that helps their children, gives the adult with an ID a job to do, support the adults with ID, and helps the children be a part of the community.
Heartstring fit these needs by having community engagement with art program, Sack on Santa Fe, Goody delivery, Cintas, and Cleaning crews.
Heartstring want to have your child with adult with disability to help them be a active part of the community.
